I bet you never thought I'd tell you to use peppermint oil, did you? Here's what you need: 100% peppermint oil, cotton balls, and a mice problem. Here's what you do: Liberally apply peppermint oil to the cotton balls. Then simply spread the cotton balls throughout the mouse zones. It works well to put these in cabinets, along the baseboards of your wall, on counter tops... anywhere the mice may wander to. Here's why it works: The peppermint oil has such a strong scent that overpowers their sensitive noses. They can't stand it so they leave and find themselves a new home. One more catch... do NOT use peppermint "extract" as it's not the same. You have to use 100% peppermint oil. Don't accept any imitations.
